The profession is governed by the French law no. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 as applicable in New Caledonia and its implementing texts, by the national code of conduct of the profession of avocat, and by the internal rules of the Nouméa Bar.
Professional insurance
The firm carries professional indemnity insurance and, where applicable, a financial guarantee covering funds and securities held on behalf of clients.
Complaints
Any complaint regarding a matter handled by the firm may be sent to it by email or by post. Failing an amicable settlement, it may be brought before the President of the Nouméa Bar.
Intellectual property
